Pat Gaston

Pat Gaston is a Professional Certified Coach with 39 years of leadership experience – 22 years as a U.S. Army officer and 17 years supporting Vice Presidents at The Boeing Company. A West Point graduate, Pat deployed to Desert Shield/Storm, commanded a battalion during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and was the Military Assistant to a 3-star General in the Pentagon, before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
