ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND
Casey started his leadership development journey 17 years ago as an Airman in the United States Air Force. Since then, he has helped develop hundreds of leaders from diverse backgrounds and industries.
Casey’s coaching philosophy is simple: Every client has the potential to rise to peak performance. Casey’s role in that elevating process is the trusted partner who helps the client define goals, create action plans, and deliver results.
METHODOLOGY
Casey draws his coaching method from a range of organizational and leadership disciplines. As an International Coach Federation (ICF) member, he practices 11 core competencies integrated with coaching fundamentals he learned in the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, Haas School of Business, based on trust, empathy, and accountability. Casey also uses the TGROW model developed by business coaches Graham Alexander, Alan Fine, and Sir John Whitmore, along with the Focus Model developed by Master Coach Myles Downey. All Casey’s coaching techniques are aimed at expedient goal setting and attainment.
