Michelle Payne, MCC

Chief Operating Officer

Executive & Leadership Coach

Internationally recognized business advisor Michelle Payne turned to coaching after a decade of executive leadership in the retail industry. At Gap, Inc., Macy's, and Limited Inc., Michelle headed up teams as large as 1000+. Michelle knows how to get to the top. She's passionate about helping others understand their power and apply it to achieving their goals.


Michelle is a Master Certified Coach and in the top 1% of her profession in the world. She has coached executives across the U.S., in the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada and Switzerland. Her strong leadership background enhances the value of every coaching engagement. She is a leader in not only the business world, but also the coaching industry. Some of her accomplishments:

Laurie Cozart
Leadership Coach and Presentation Skills Expert


Laurie brings a unique talent mix of corporate communications and product marketing, public speaking development and business communications expertise to every assignment and every new client.  For more than a decade Laurie has applied the skills and expertise she has learned as a performing artist to work with executives, managers and leaders in major companies including East Bay Mud, Sutter Health, Ventura Health and Idaho National Laboratories.   Laurie has also developed and facilitated training programs for major corporations, large national conferences and on-line educational forums.

In addition to her business accomplishments, Laurie is also a working actor and brings that unique awareness to the business arena to help corporate professionals improve image, body language, speaking skills and overall presentation delivery by using on camera training techniques.  

Laurie helps her clients to find the courage to “Be Seen and Heard” in a way that creates instant rapport.  Her intensive, interactive communication skills development programs begins by helping you see yourself as others see you. Laurie helps clients build on their strengths and eliminate their weaknesses. Ginger Jenks, MCC

Leadership Coach
Ginger Jenks is an Executive Coach who specializes in the areas of leadership development, communication, team building and life design.  She works with organizations, teams and individuals, coaching them to be who they are capable of being – not just who they can get away with being.  Ginger has created several programs to facilitate this, including the Professional Human Being program. 

Ginger has served on the Board of Directors for the International Coach Federation (a global organization of 15,000 coaches from over 80 countries), the Advisory Board of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations, and presently serves  on the Finance Committee for the ICF.  She has also held various other leadership positions in organizations outside of coaching.

Originally from the Boston area, Ginger presently lives in the beautiful mountain town of Durango, Colorado.  She coaches several CEO’s, and clients have hailed from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups to agility competitors.  

Dr. Paolo Terni
Leadership Coach
Dr. Paolo Terni is a Professionally Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coach Federation) and the author of the book "Coaching Leader: from human potential to business results" (Guerini Editore, 2007, Milano, Italy). He has also written many papers on the impact of current psychological research on consulting and coaching practices - his writings have been published in the book Doing Something Different: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy Practices (Edited by Thorana Nelson, 2010, Routledge, NY), in Inter-Action: the Journal of Solution-Focus in Organizations, and other Journals.  

Dr. Terni has trained extensively in the US (Coach U, NLP Master Practitioner @ University of California at Santa Cruz with Robert Dilts) and is bi-lingual (English and Italian). Dr. Terni is an expert in Solution-Focused Coaching (certified by Solutionsurfers, Basel, Switzerland) and in Evidence-Based practices related to Leadership development and Behavior Modification (such as stress management and conflict resolution).

Dr. Terni frequently leads Assessment Centers for developing managers' strengths and he is qualified to use a wide variety of assessment tools, all development-oriented (such as MRG's LEA). Dr. Terni has worked for Festo CTE, Right Management Consultants, Learningedge, Armonia and other consulting firms in Change Management, Organization Development and People Development programs; the following corporations have been among the clients: Sanpellegrino, HP, Microsoft, Trenitalia, ZF, Molmed, Crif, Bayer, Burgo.

Dr. Terni holds a degree in philosophy, with a Master's in Work Psychology. Dr. Terni is very active in the international Solution-Focused community (SOL). Passionate about developing tomorrow's industry leaders, he holds Solution-Focused Coach Training in the US. Based in Sacramento, California, Paolo Terni works in North America and Europe.
